The Internet Movie Database Rolls End Credits For Withoutabox

Withoutabox is IMDB’s online film festival submission platform that’s been going strong for the past 10 years. It has been a huge help and cost savings to indie filmmakers who are interested in mass submitting their film projects to various festivals through one platform.

A company spokesperson for IMDB said they will phase Withoutabox’s platform out over the nest year. They plan to fulfill all Withoutabox’s commitments through Oct. 30, 2019. they are also working with filmmakers to ensure their submissions are processed.

According to the official website, submission services will be disabled starting Sept.16, 2019, and access to Withoutabox will be disabled on Oct. 30, 2019.
